My entrepreneurial journey didn’t start with success. In fact, my first startup – DUDE SALAD – failed. And yes, at that time it was tough to accept. But I never looked at it as the end. Instead, I treated it as the beginning of a new chapter. That failure was my greatest teacher. It showed me that success doesn’t come from avoiding mistakes, but from learning, adapting, and trying again—smarter and stronger.
With Gadget Dash, I took those lessons and turned them into action. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to make every ride safer, smarter, and more secure.
When I created Theft Shield, I wasn’t just building another gadget. I was building a promise of trust. A product that could protect what people value the most—their hard-earned vehicles. Every time a rider installs Theft Shield, they’re not just getting a device— they’re getting peace of mind, innovation they can trust, and security that lasts.
I believe entrepreneurship is not about building a company overnight; it’s about building something that lasts a lifetime.

Behind every strong company stands someone who knows how to hold things together, no matter how difficult life gets. For Gadget Dash, that person is Mayur Kamble, our Founding Team Member – Strategy & Internal Operations.
Mayur’s story is not an easy one. Coming from a financially challenged background, he has witnessed struggles very closely – both within his family and in his personal life. While many would see hardships as a reason to give up, Mayur chose to see them as fuel for his determination.
With limited resources and countless challenges, Mayur worked hard to educate himself, to support his family, and to keep moving forward. His journey is a reminder that poverty may limit resources, but it cannot limit dreams.
At Gadget Dash, Mayur plays a crucial role in Strategy & Internal Operations. He ensures that our team runs smoothly, our plans are executed properly, and our vision stays aligned. His responsibilities include:
Helping shape strategies for the company’s growth
Managing internal operations and ensuring coordination
Supporting the team with innovative solutions during challenges
Stepping up in secondary work whenever required, proving that no task is too small if it’s for the team

Shivam’s journey with Gadget Dash reflects energy, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility. From the very beginning, he has taken on the crucial role of Marketing & Promotions, ensuring that our flagship product – Suraj Ishwar’s Theft Shield – reaches the right audience and creates the right impact.
His primary focus lies in:

Yuvraj Gour
Every dream begins with a struggle — and for Yuvraj Gour, that struggle started in the small city of Nanded. Coming from a modest background, he always knew that if he wanted to stand out, he would have to fight his own battles, learn independently, and grow through challenges.
After completing his 12th, Yuvraj got admission into Zeal College of Engineering, Pune, where he is currently pursuing a B.Tech in Information Technology. But unlike many who stop at securing a degree, Yuvraj decided his journey would be much more than that.
“I never wanted to live with a job mindset,” he says. “My dream is to become a businessman — to build something of my own, create opportunities, and not just chase them.”
Financial struggles were a constant part of Yuvraj’s early life. But instead of letting them define him, he used them as motivation. Over time, Yuvraj discovered his real strength — video editing and visual storytelling. His editing work stands out for its professional precision, high-level creativity, and captivating visual appeal.
His ability to transform raw footage into powerful, emotion-filled stories makes his work not just editing — but art. His edits capture attention instantly, and his creative direction gives life to every frame.
When the Gadget Dash team discovered Yuvraj’s exceptional skills, they immediately recognized his potential. His professionalism, attention to detail, and creative energy perfectly matched the brand’s growing vision. Impressed by his talent and attitude, Yuvraj was officially invited to join as a Founding Team Member.
Today, as the Senior of Editing & Creative Media, Yuvraj leads Gadget Dash’s visual storytelling — ensuring that every advertisement, promotional video, and creative campaign reflects the company’s identity and connects emotionally with the audience.
By 2030, Yuvraj envisions himself as a successful businessman — not just working for dreams but turning dreams into reality.

Rohan Panchal
Rohan Ramesh Panchal — a sincere son, a thoughtful student, and now, one of the newest rising forces at Gadget Dash.
Born and raised in Latur, Rohan is the only child in his family — the kind every parent dreams of. Intelligent, obedient, and full of potential. His parents always wished to see him study well and achieve something extraordinary. And with that hope in their eyes, Rohan left his hometown and came to Pune to pursue engineering at Zeal College.
But studying wasn't his only goal.
Deep inside, a fire was burning — the desire to create something big, something meaningful, something beyond the ordinary.
While most students focus only on books, Rohan was quietly building skills.
He ran his own YouTube channel.
He handled an Instagram meme page with strong reach and consistent engagement.
He observed what content works, how audiences react, and how growth really happens.
He didn’t have a big team or fancy equipment — just a phone, curiosity, and the courage to try.
One ordinary day changed everything.
Rohan was sitting at a place where two people were deeply discussing something.
One of them was Suraj Ishwar — the Founder & CEO of Gadget Dash.
Rohan didn’t know who he was at first, but the conversation caught his attention.
He heard words like plans, vision, discipline, expansion, future…
And something inside him said:
“Can I do something? Can I be a part of this?”
For a few minutes, he kept questioning himself…
Do I have enough skills?
Will they even consider me?
What can I offer them?
But brave people don’t run away from questions — they answer them.
Rohan gathered courage, messaged Suraj sir, explained what he could do, shared his skills honestly… and hoped for the best.
The best happened.
Without hesitation, without judgment, Suraj sir saw potential in him and welcomed him to Gadget Dash.
Today, Rohan works alongside the team with full dedication.
He shoots videos, helps in media tasks, contributes ideas, and pours his heart into every task given to him.
He is not just “working” — he is learning, growing, evolving, and shaping his future.

Kartik Kongari
This is the journey of Kartik Kongari, a young man from Solapur, whose life stands as a living example of what perseverance, courage, and faith can truly achieve.
Born and raised in a modest household, Kartik studied at Shree Datt Prashala till 10th grade, completed his 11th and 12th from Walchand College, and began his graduation soon after. Life was steady, his dreams were clear, and everything seemed on track — until the world came to a halt during the lockdown.
The pandemic hit hard — not just health-wise, but financially. His family’s income stopped, and survival became a daily challenge. Yet, Kartik did not break.
He stood up, looked at the situation, and told himself —
“If life is testing me, I’ll answer with action.”
He started doing small jobs — ironing clothes, running errands, anything that could help the family. For months, he earned barely ₹4,000–₹5,000, but even then, he saved every possible rupee. Those small savings taught him something that no school ever could — the real value of hard work and money.
But his heart was still searching for something bigger — something of his own.
He experimented with a garments business, planning every step from suppliers to workers. Unfortunately, due to lack of manpower and support, the idea couldn’t take off. Most people would have stopped there — but Kartik wasn’t one of them.
He moved on to exploring crypto trading and forex, learned everything from scratch through YouTube and forums, and with ₹10,000 as capital, grew it to ₹1.8 lakh.
That success didn’t just bring him money — it brought him confidence and purpose. He realized that knowledge is power, and consistency is wealth.
Still, Kartik wanted to create something meaningful — a solution for people around him.
He noticed how two-wheeler riders in Solapur faced constant issues with bike thefts and lack of security systems. Inspired, he thought of bringing a local transport or safety-based startup model, similar to ride-sharing services like Ola and Uber.
He even reached out to the Founder of Rapido, a ride-hailing company, pitching his idea directly. Although he didn’t receive a reply, that day became one of the most defining days of his life.
“I didn’t feel bad that he didn’t respond — I felt proud that I reached him.”
Then came destiny’s turning point.
Through a college friend, Kartik got introduced to Suraj Ishwarkatti, Founder & CEO of Gadget Dash, an ISO-certified Indian startup building Suraj Ishwar’s Theft Shield — India’s leading two-wheeler anti-theft solution.
When Kartik first learned about Gadget Dash, he instantly felt a connection. He admired Suraj Sir’s vision, discipline, and the way he built a brand from scratch.
He decided to take a step forward — he reached out.
Within days, Suraj personally called him, listened to his story, and saw the same spark he once had. That one conversation changed everything.
Kartik found not just an opportunity, but a purpose.
Today, he proudly joins Gadget Dash as a Founding Team Member, working under Mayur Kamble (Head of Strategy & Operations) as a Senior, Strategy & Operations.
His goal is not just to work, but to build — to bring Gadget Dash to every city, every rider, and every Indian who believes in “Smart Mobility, Safe Journey.”

Madhur Dhadve
Every successful startup needs one thing — a mind that never stops building.
For Madhur Dhadve, that journey began not in a big office or a lab, but in a small room, a laptop, and a vision bigger than his circumstances.
At just 15 years old, while most were still figuring out what subjects to choose, Madhur was already learning how technology could change the world.
With no mentors and no financial support, he taught himself web design, video editing, marketing, and coding — all through sheer curiosity and determination.
What began as a small spark of interest soon turned into an unstoppable passion.
He spent countless nights experimenting, failing, learning, and trying again — not because anyone told him to, but because creating something new made him feel alive.
That hunger for creation became his greatest strength.
By 18, Madhur had already built multiple projects and helped brands grow their presence online.
He didn’t wait for opportunities — he created them.

Futora AI – An AI venture focusing on intelligent automation — building agentic systems that simplify real-world business operations.

Swapnil Rathod
From a small village near Sahastrakund Waterfall in Kinwat Taluka, Nanded, to being a part of the Gadget Dash Founding Team — Swapnil Rathod’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.
Born in a humble family in the remote village of Shivni, deep inside a forest area, Swapnil’s childhood was filled with challenges most people can’t imagine. His early schooling was in a small local school, but his thirst for knowledge pushed him further. To receive better education, his family decided to send him to Nirmal district in Telangana, where he had to adapt to an entirely new language — Telugu.
The transition wasn’t easy. He struggled, cried, and felt lost at first, but determination turned his weakness into strength. Within months, Swapnil learned to read, write, and speak Telugu fluently. By grade 6, he had mastered the language — a true reflection of his never-give-up spirit.
After moving back to Maharashtra, he continued his studies and scored 93.21% in 10th standard, a proud moment for his entire family. However, life took another test when he faced difficulties during 12th and NEET exams. Financial problems hit hard, and his extended family, who once supported him, stepped back.
But Swapnil didn’t stop. His father, despite limited means, stood by him. To support his education, Swapnil started working at Motherson Company (under Tata Group) in Ranjangaon MIDC while preparing for his CET exams online through PWD classes. Balancing work, studies, and pressure wasn’t easy — but he faced everything head-on.
His hard work paid off when he scored 86.40% in CET and secured admission to Zeal College of Engineering, Pune (AIDS Branch). It was there that a new chapter began — the Gadget Dash chapter.
Through his roommate, Shivam Divnale (also a founding team member), Swapnil learned about Gadget Dash. When he met the Founder & CEO, Suraj Ishwarkatti, he was deeply inspired by his vision and leadership. Swapnil immediately expressed his wish to join, and Suraj recognized his passion and determination. That meeting marked a turning point.
Today, Swapnil Rathod stands as one of the most hardworking and committed Founding Team Members of Gadget Dash. He leads the On-Ground Marketing & Outreach initiatives with courage and leadership, managing real-world interactions and field promotions that strengthen the company’s presence.
From a forest-side village to a tech-driven startup — Swapnil’s journey proves one thing:
