At Gadget Dash, we are looking for passionate and confident Sales Executives who want to grow with one of India’s fastest-growing smart mobility brands.

Your role will include on-ground sales, product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships while promoting Suraj Ishwar’s Theft Shield – India’s trusted two-wheeler anti-theft system.

 This job is ideal for self-motivated individuals who believe in hard work, communication, and growth. You’ll earn attractive daily commissions and get the opportunity to become part of our expanding business family.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Gadget Dash Theft Shield in local markets (Narhe, Dhayari, Ambegaon, Vadgaon, Pune & nearby areas).

  • Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.

  • Achieve daily sales targets (minimum 10 units per day).

  • Maintain customer feedback and report daily performance.

  • Coordinate with the internal team for marketing support and updates.

Commission Structure:

₹300 commission per unit sold (for first 10 units per day).

After 10 successful daily sales, commission increases to ₹400 per unit.

Example:

  • 10 Sales = ₹3,000

  • 15 Sales = ₹3,000 + (5×₹400) = ₹5,000

Base Salary: ₹25,000/month (performance-based deductions apply if target missed).

Note:

  • For every 10-unit milestone, a ₹500 performance bonus will be added.

  • Daily sales targets will be tracked individually by the Ground Team Head.

  • Weekly top performers will receive recognition and extra incentives.

Additional Incentives
